ERP Capital Advisors Managing Director

Lance Healy is the Managing Director of FD Real Asset Advisors, LLC, an advisory and investment banking practice focused on consulting, feasibility and arranging debt and equity financing for real asset projects and companies.

In the finance and real asset industry since 1998, Healy holds FINRA licensure as an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), Corporate Securities Representative (Series 62), state licensure (Series 63) and is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states and a state certified appraiser in Georgia.

Before founding FDRAA, Healy held the position of Managing Director & Founder at Real Asset Capital, LLC, where he was involved in advisory and investment banking for numerous projects throughout North America, across private infrastructure and real estate assets. He also has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, previously holding positions of Associate Broker and Director.

He has also established ERP Capital Advisors in partnership with a specialized environmental consulting firm in order to assist clients in the US and other markets with advisory, reporting and capital raising for activities in the natural resource management and environmental sectors.
